BROAD FUNCTION

Carry out Administrative Duties for the raw material warehouse in Wtaic
Stock Control for the raw material
Stock Control for the production scrap and waste material
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Data processing in SAP system
Dispatch Order processing, receive and reconcile documentation associated with the movement of stock into or out of warehouse (all Receipts and Issues)
Receive Dispatch Order from production
Check "bin" location via warehouse map, write down "bin" location in Dispatch Order
Follow up dispatch schedule; coordinate with production and warehouse to make sure orders are dispatched on time.
Maintain warehouse map, report on outstanding stock balances or shortages.
Using the warehouse map to control the material shelf life, update the material shelf life tracking list timely.
Using the warehouse map to control the material FIFO
Arrange and monitor the stock transfer between external warehouse and plant, minimize the stock transfer cost.
Manage cycle stock count and investigate on the stock discrepancy
Follow up the incoming shipments with purchasing department, make the loading plan for the incoming shipments
Coordinate with QC department for the incoming inspection issues, release and block the material in SAP according to QC inspection result.
Coordinate with related department for the return issues.
Correlate data and create management reports as required.
Assist and support the Dispatch Leader in the daily managing of the Raw material Warehouse
Working together with Logistics Manger China to identify and eliminate processes and structural weak points in warehouse and transportation area
Support BU and SO during the market launch of new product lines / articles
Performing special tasks as assigned by Logistics Manager China


REQUIREMENTS

1) EDUCATION

College above
Basic English written and oral
2) EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years experience in a clerical environment
SAP MM model experience
3) SKILLS

Excellent computer skill, especially operation for WORLD and EXCEL
Excellent communication skill
Forwardly, Flexible and self-consistent
Team work spirit
