职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责角色美术资源制作和最终打磨；
2.负责游戏资源验收与整理，与外包团队进行沟通及反馈；
3.能够根据需求迅速地学习研究新工具或技能，并运用到产品制作中；
4.制定制作流程和规范，形成文档。
任职要求：
1.熟悉GEN4 PBR制作流程，塑造高水准的角色，武器，怪物等美术素材；
2.熟练驾驭多种风格，参与过日韩风格项目，对二次元风格有一定研究者优先考虑；
3.对3D游戏引擎有一定了解(UE4, Cry engine, Unity3d,或其他次世代3D引擎)，包括了解技术标准和限制条件，使用相关工具将美术资源整合入游戏引擎并能独立调整到最终品质；
4.精通以下软件(Zbrush, 3dsMax, Maya, Photoshop等),并且了解其他用于制作角色相关软件的操作使用；
5.5年以上3D角色美术工作经验，专科以上学历（艺术类相关专业）或艺术类相关院校毕业。
加分项：
1.能够熟练使用 Marvelous Designer，Substance Painter 等制作软件；
2.具备手绘能力，包括设计，绘画，制图等；
3.有1年以上管理或指导经验 具备良好的团队合作能力及指导沟通能力。 举报 分享
