职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、配合投资发展部进行市场调研、竞品跟踪、政策收集、分析与预测，提供投资决策意见；
2、独立完成项目各阶段营销计划、方案；
3、独立完成项目营销活动和广告的策划、执行、组织，以及第三方合作公司的管理；
4、与市场、媒体等第三方合作方保持良好关系，有较丰富的资源，负责及时获取一手市场信息；
5、能独立操盘。

岗位要求
1、本科及以上学历；
2、形象气质佳，沟通表达及协调能力较好；
3、能独立完成项目前期定位至后期推盘，有较强的营销策划能力。
