职位描述：
Job Summary
? Uses collection techniques to keep accounts receivable current including monitoring for delinquent payments.
? Processes unpaid accounts by contacting patients and third parties to ensure timely payment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
? Initiate collection action on delinquent accounts.
? Locate and notify patients of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone or personal contact to solicit payment.
? Use the collections module of K3 system to monitor and work these accounts.
? Verify the accuracy of all charges, payments/adjustments, write-offs and debits applied to corrections applied to any patient`s account requiring financial review.
? Answer patient questions in professional and friendly manner.
? Completes follow up on all claims until payment is received.
? Maintain meticulous records of all collection transactions and follow up letters.
? Resolve accounts with bankruptcies, deceased patient and non-sufficient funds issues.
? Complete and submit weekly/monthly reports to Billing Supervisor.

Qualifications
? Diploma degree above
? Billing collecting relevant experience preferred.
? Good team player, builds cooperation and effective liaison with all units.
? Good oral and written English
? Professional etiquette
? Ability to respond to patients on credit matters in a courteous fashion
