Job Description:
1. 理解职位要求,与招聘部门紧密合作,为招聘部门提供关于搜索策略、明确评估过程及工具和更新雇佣状态的咨询;
1. Keep close communication with employing Dept. to understand the job requirement, provide consultancy to employing Dept. about search strategy, define the assessment processes & tools and update the hiring status;
2. 根据招聘目标及需求,开发与维护各种招聘渠道;
2. Develop and maintain all kinds of recruitment channels according to the recruitment target and requirement;
3. 负责招聘全过程,如简历来源、面试安排、选择、候选人背景调查、offer协商及发出;
3. Responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle from sourcing, interview scheduling, selection, candidates’ reference check, offers negotiation and issue offers;
4. 在搜索过程中有效讨论、反馈、跟踪并适时调整雇佣方法以达到招聘目标;
4. Effective discussions, feedback, follow up during the searching process and make proper adjustments of hiring activities to ensure fulfill the recruitment target;
5. 对招聘部门来说,担当一个可信的顾问,提供雇佣决策咨询,每周更新招聘报告;
5. Act as a trusted advisor to employing Dept. and provide counsel on hiring decisions. Update the weekly recruitment report to the employing Dept;
6. 建立候选人管理系统并与合格的候选人保持联系,建立并管理宜高美人才库。
6. Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Establish and manage the Ygomi talent pool.
任职要求:
Required profile:
1.,商务、市场、人力资源及相关专业本科及以上学历;
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related major;
2. 3-5年招聘经验或IT咨询公司工作经验;
2. 3-5 years’ experience as recruiter either in house or in consulting firm in IT industry;
3. 良好的中英文书写及沟通能力;
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English;
4. 良好的人际交往能力,与各级员工建立联系;
4. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience building relationships with employees at all levels;
5. 全力以赴且具有团队精神的人,并乐意参与非招聘相关的人力资源计划。
5. Must be a team player with a “do whatever it takes” attitude and willingness to pitch in on non-recruiting related HR initiatives.
