职位描述：
I BROAD FUNCTION
- The digital operation manager is responsible for formulating and driving e-commerce to achieve the target results for relevant products.
- Play the role of a Business Partner to coordinate digital operational support for all REHAU Products

II PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
E-commerce (70%)
- Work closely with Strategic BD Manager to analyze and plan the e-commerce development plan: online marketplace analysis, pricing strategy, competitor analysis, etc.
- Build-up e-commerce platform and design the whole service process to ensure the high satisfaction from on-line consumers.
- Implement the pricing and distribution policies in accordance to the plan; fully align with offline channels.
- Feedback product improvement or innovative ideas to technical team for implementation.
- Provide regular report on target’s achievement as well as update of Business Tracking
Sheet and adjust sales tactics in response to the market developments.

Business Partner (20%)
- Work closely with Strategic BD Manager to ensure digital strategy meet the long-term needs from different Product Divisions.
- Collaborate with different Product Management teams to develop a digital strategy to ensure their business needs met.
- Establish relationships with the business, their customers and IT suppliers to understand business needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with other Product Divisions to explore and prospect new business development opportunities.

Leadership (10%)
- Lead, manage and motivate digital team to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Leverage internal and external benchmarking to identify leading industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.



III REQUIREMENTS

1) EDUCATION
- Relevant education in marketing, business or e-commerce, bachelor degree or above.

2) EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years experience in e-commerce/marketing experience; a MNC prior experience in leading a sales/marketing team is preferred.

3) SKILLS
- Strong planning, analytical and presentation skills to formulate marketing and business proposals.
- Good project management skills and drive to implement approved strategies and plans.
- Excellent online customer interface and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team building and influencing skills to foster relations with the internal and external partners.
- Results driven with a positive can do attitude.
