Responsibility:

-Design temperature sensor for Asian Customer in part of the application area, including cost calculation, drawing design, Project leading &plan, sourcing new RM &machine with PR, making sample with production, & testing with QA, until mass production.

-Response for the Chengdu NPI Projects till mass production, including technical cooperation with other sites' engineers at the project beginning, Project leading & planning of Chengdu site, and completing of Chengdu engineering related system & documents, and finish the sample making, until mass production.

-Production cost Reduction & Margin improvement

-RMA, pre-sales & after-sales technical support


Requirements:

- 2 years or above experience in sensor design area, and project management

- English skill: CET-4 or above, excellent at reading, writing & oral English

- Good at AutoCAD, can use Solidworks

-Excellent of communication of team work

-Following skills is preferred: Manman or ERP, DOE, Minitab or related design tool
