工作职责:
1. 全面支持集团公司的人力资源管理工作;全面贯彻执行集团公司的各项体系政策和制度;
2. 统筹规划集团公司的人力资源战略;
3. 建立和完善集团公司的人力资源管理各项体系,并监督集团公司各部门规范执行;
4. 统筹管理集团公司的招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效、员工关系、企业文化等工作;
5. 组织、制定、督导集团公司人力资源各项计划的具体落实;
6. 向集团公司高层决策者提供有关人力资源战略、组织建设等方面的建议,并致力于提高公司的综合管理水平;
7. 负责集团公司部门人员的队伍建设,选拔、培训、考核本部门员工。确保培养高效的员工队伍及部门业务目
标的达成。
8. 负责集团公司本部门内部员工的管理和工作调配、督导;
9. 负责管控集团公司人力资源预算,合理降低费用成本;
10. 及时处理集团公司管理过程中的重大人力资源问题;
11. 负责监管集团下属各公司人力资源管理工作;
12. 完成集团公司上级领导交办的人力资源其他工作。

任职要求:
1. 大学本科或以上学历,企业管理学、心理学、人力资源管理等相关专业。具有人力资源管理师职业资格优先;
2. 具有十年以上多元化集团公司、上市公司、跨国外企人力资源管理工作经验;
3. 熟悉集团公司人力资源管控模式,涉足过房地产业、服务业、高新科技产业的人力资源管理工作;
4. 熟悉劳动法律法规、劳动人事政策法规,有具体案例的操作经验。
5. 掌握人力资源管理、组织行为学,有相关专业知识;
6. 能够独立解决比较复杂的人事管理实际问题,
7. 具有较强的战略、规划、组织、领导力
8. 良好的控制、沟通、协调、创新力和人际理解力:
9. 英文流利,熟练运用 Office 办公软件。
10. 良好的职业操守、高度自律。


Manage and execute day to day and long term Human Resource related activities and needs. These will include but not be limited to the following:

Strategic Alignment and Execution
Strategic partner to the chairman responsible for ensuring functional alignment with the business’ go to market strategies and strategic initiatives.
Represents function and provides appropriate inputs in business group’s key annual strategic processes: Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan and Annual HR Talent Review

Organizational Development Coordinate and manage career development plans, based on performance reviews, 360 reviews, Talent/HR Review, etc. Coordinate and manage training initiatives; annual Talent/HR Review, leadership development, employee skills training and development.
Responsible for the development and capabilities of the regional HR Staff.
Coordinate and manage iAchieve performance management process.
Development of VOE (Voice of Employee) metrics and process improvement projects.

Employee and Labor Relations
Point person for interpretation and guidance relative to company policies and procedures.
Manages employee issues and grievances to satisfactory resolution and provides guidance to supervisors and managers addressing employee issues and grievances.
Ensures organizational compliance with local labor laws and company policies and procedures.
As an employee sponsor or advocate. Helps establish the organizational culture and climate in which people have the competency, concern and commitment to serve customers well.

Compliance and HR Administration
Develop, implement and maintain processes that ensure regulatory and organizational policy compliance.
Develop and communicate HR Scorecard to management team, highlighting HR metrics and their impact on the businessAct as the group’s Ethics Officer to coordinate and manage compliance with all applicable regulatory and corporate policy requirements.

Staffing and Recruitment
Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan designed to institutionalize top-grading and the continuous improvement of the business’ talent pool.
Deliver a recruitment plan that aligns with business objectives, incorporates traditional and non-traditional recruitment sources and ensures the casting of a “wide net” to attract and introduce qualified diverse candidates to the organization.
Manage and execute the recruitment process; advertising, job descriptions, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
Manage and develop relationships with recruitment agencies (temporary and permanent placement).
Develop, execute and maintain new employee “on-boarding” process.

Compensation, Benefits and Payroll/HRIS
Coordinate and manage regional compensation plans; prepare and implement annual salary plans, develop and align compensation plans to drive desired employee and business performance.
Maintains HRIS, payroll systems, time and attendance systems, and ensures data integrity
Coordinate and manage benefits plans and bonus plans.

Safety & Risk Management
Implement best demonstrated safety practices to mitigate risk, reduce exposure and effectively manage claims.
Serve as regional Safety & Risk Management Officer.
Partner with Operations leadership to manage all required and agreed upon safety programs and training
Act as liaison with Workers Compensation insurer to manage all workers compensation claims to closure.

Director of Human Resources handles other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Human Resources Generalist roles including past leadership/supervisory assignment(s).
Prior experience in a manufacturing, engineering or Lean manufacturing environment is desired.
Extensive employee relations experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
Demonstrated ability and experience working in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment is required
