职位描述
职责描述：
（1）执行购物中心总服务台和VIP贵宾厅日常基础服务工作；
（2）办理会员卡，接受顾客消费咨询，并主动提供消费引导和全程陪同VIP客服购物；
（3）按照部门要求提供统一规范服务，对自身办理的会员进行后期维护；
（4）收集、整理顾客信息，协助营运处理一般性客诉；
（5）执行新品与活动介绍、生日问候等；
（6）维护、保持总服务台和VIP贵宾厅环境卫生，为会员提供软饮、糕点、杂志等服务；
（7）完成周、月、年度总结计划表。
岗位要求：
（1）专科以上学历，年龄20至28岁左右，女性身高165CM以上，男性175CM以上，外形靓丽，气质佳，一年以上客户服务工作经历；
