Essential Function:

Ensure all Security affairs and process smoothly and accordance with the TAPA A standard and company policy. Enhance the company security level gradualness by conducting the security activities.

Accountabilities:

？ Ensure that warehouse and forward activities are conducted in accordance with TAPA A and company internal procedures, regulatory compliance and customer expectations.

？ 确保仓库和货运操作符合TAPA A要求，公司内部安全要求及客户要求。

？ Develop and maintain security system and ensure that procedures are followed to achieved goals.

？ 维护发展公司安全系统，确保所有的安全程序和流程符合预定的目标

？ Ensure that all identified security risk and corrective actions are dealt with promptly and effectively.

？ 确保所有安全风险和相应的改正措施得以快速高效的处理

？ Managing and measuring performance of the agents and suppliers’ to ensure them keep the service level of security and improvement and keep in step with company’s develop and request.

？ 管理和监控供应商的服务水平以确保持续符合公司安全发展的需求

？ Provide adequate training to ensure that the Company’s Security System and Policy is understood effectively by all employees.

？ Manage internal and external security audits to a satisfactory conclusion.

？ Maintain daily security operation, security system as CCTV, access control, security guard. Investigate security incident and develop security level of company

？ Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

？ 大专及以上学历

Experience /Knowledge

？ 3 years of security experience in forwarder/logistics company.

？ 2-3年物流行业安全管理经验

？ 2-3 years experience in internal auditing（Especially with a strong background and working experience in TAPA）.

？ 2-3年内部审核经验（TAPA 审核）

？ Familiarity with IT equipment as CCTV, access control and motion detector.

？ 熟悉CCTV,门禁，移动侦测等IT 设备

？ Highly proficient case investigation and problem solving skills

？ 精通案件调查和问题解决

？ Being flexible and able to initiate and drive changes across all levels
