MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate the market situation, establish criteria, and recommend target prioritization. Work with China sales & marketing Manager and the Product Marketing Managers/Engineers to establish prioritization. Focus business development activity on target markets.

Evaluate business potential, in conjunction with the China sales & marketing Manager, develop orders and sales plans, update plans with regular orders forecasts.
协助中国市场&销售经理评估商业潜力,发展订单及销售计划,并根据预计更新计划。
Evaluate distributor network, recommend to the China sales & marketing Manager Changes in the network. Provide technical support to train and develop distributors.
评估经销商网络,向销售/市场销售经理推荐网络布局变化。提供技术支持以培训和发展经销商。
Become a competent industry expert on products and industry operating practice. Work with distributors to call on utility, OEM, and contractor customers to promote awareness of HPS and preference for HPS products, designs, and features. Conduct technical seminars and respond to technical and commercial inquiries with limited support from Business Unit Engineering staff.

In conjunction with Product Marketing Managers/engineer, develop product pricing strategies for key high growth HPS products. Strategies shall be designed to maximize sales and standard margins by targeted market.

Responsible to the HPS business units to act as HPS local point to review and propose product modification and new product development to meet the requirements of the markets in China. Coordinate with Product Marketing Managers, and the China sales & marketing Manager to establish the market potential, estimation of resources required, and product profitability. Develop and manage product introduction plans.
代表HPS事业部构建销售网络点,回顾并促进产品改进及新产品开发,满足中国市场需求。与产品市场经理和中国市场/销售经理共同拓展市场潜力,评估市场构建所需资源及产品获利状况。发展并管理产品推介计划。
Consistent with HPS rules on delegation of authority, support the proposal preparation and decision-making process to carry out your recommended transaction strategies.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Willing to travel extensively

RECOMMENDED BACKGROUND: with 3-5 year working experience as Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with significant industry experience in China Utility Distribution market. Better to have real experience in working with and training local distributors in HPS relative market.
背景要求:3-7年,工作经验电气或机械背景,同行业工作经验,有发展及培训本地经销商的实际经验。
