1. Approve process designs or modifications conform with manufacturing advancement process models & SOP’s

批准工艺设计及更改，确认制造改进工艺模型和标准操作

2. Provide technical & project management leadership to support the introduction of new capacity and new machine/process technologies into plant operations.

对新工厂引进新设备、工艺技术等提供技术和项目管理支持

3. Drive optimisation across such areas as: equipment installations, product/tooling DFM, equipment OEE, and process/transformation modeling.

优化设备安装、产品和工装的面向制造设计、设备综合效率效率、工艺模型

4. Sign off on installations, process models, zone controls, and maintenance systems to ensure manufacturing processes meet documented specifications. Ensures the documented specifications are in accordance with Lean principles.

签署设备安装、工艺模型建立、区域控制、系统维护以确保制造工艺满足要求。使所有文件规格符合精易原则要求。

5. Supervise Senior Engineer work to answer questions, develop their understanding, provide direction and team building, and ensure process optimisation.

指导高级工程师工作以解答疑惑，并提高高级工程师能力，为团队建设提供方向，确保工艺得以优化。

6. Approve/document modifications to reduce scrap, set up times, run times, machine or production system malfunctions.

批准文件更改以降低报废率、换型时间、加工时间，降低设备或者生产系统失效风险。

7. Refuse to work in unsafe way

有拒绝不安全状态下工作的权利

8. Comply with Chinese laws& regulations and TIMKEN EHS requirement

遵守中国就EHS相关法律法规及铁姆肯公司的规定
