1、30-45岁，工程预算类、土木工程类专业，大专及以上学历，有注册造价工程师执业资格者优先
2、中级以上职称，八年以上大型项目土建预决算工作经验，熟悉工程招投标、合同、估算编制、预算、结算审核及过程控制等，同时有甲乙方工作经历者优先
3、熟悉有关建设工程的规范规程，熟练运用工程造价软件和办公软件
4、具有良好的谈判能力、沟通协作能力
5、有责任心及敬业精神
