1、30—45岁，机电类专业，大学本科及以上学历，八年以上设计和现场管理经验，其中三年以上高端住宅或公建项目电气设计管理经验，如同时具有现场电气管理经验者优先

2、中级及以上技术职称

3、具有全面系统的电气设计专业知识和理论，熟悉设计规范，熟悉电气设计全套工作流程、技术规范、施工工艺，实际设计能力强，有优秀的图纸表现力、识别和创新能力，具有前瞻性

4、有较强的沟通、协调能力及合作意识

5、熟练使用office软件和工程设计软件

工作概要：

负责电气专业设计及现场管理，控制项目的设计风险，协调、监督、管理设计过程及实施过程，对本专业设计效果、工艺质量、现场进度负责
