1、30—45岁，材料类或者土建类专业，大学专科及以上学历，八年以上建筑业或者房地产开发行业经验，其中五年以上高端住宅或公建项目物料采供管理经验，如同时有预算经验者优先
2、中级及其以上技术职称
3、熟悉物资设备行情，具有系统的建筑材料专业知识
4、具有娴熟的谈判技巧、沟通技巧
5、负责、敬业、诚信、廉洁
6、熟练应用各类办公软件
工作概述：负责了解、积累项目所需物资的供应渠道，跟进市场变化情况，实施采购供应流程，满足现场材料需求，把控材料采供效果。
