The IT System Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting internal systems for all company personnel, onsite and remote. Systems include but not limited to servers, services (e.g. VoIP, directory service, file service etc), server-side applications, network connectivity, printers, security, system administration and troubleshooting. This role is also responsible for services hosted for customers. On the job English language training will be provided to this role.

Essential Functions:
? System administration and troubleshooting
? Installation, upgrades/patches, moves/adds/changes
? Monitoring support requests
? Diagnose and resolve internal system issues for HW/SW and peripheral systems
? Ensure data recoverability by implementing backup solutions
? Analyze business requirements to determine appropriate system infrastructure needs
? Assist team and supervisor with projects, documentation and inventory
? Apply analytical ability to examine technical data and determine solutions
? Provide input to team on tasks and projects

Competencies and Skills:
? Familiarity with concepts, practices and procedures within IT
? Familiarity with data center technologies, design and maintenance
? Fundamental knowledge and skills working with server and peripheral (SAN, Printers, Shares, Security) HW/SW
? Fundamental knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 200x & Linux, printers, windows and TCP/IP networking, troubleshooting procedures & methodologies
? Familiarity with server-based applications and services such as Exchange, Anti-virus, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, RAID etc
? Excellent customer service and communication skills (written / verbal)
? Possess self motivated, pro-active and creative thinking skills
? Ability to follow processes and procedures to maintain consistent and stable environment
? Ability to assist in developing procedures thoroughly
? Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
? Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment
? Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with ability to guide and mentor others.

Experience:
? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science field

Be responsible for requirement analysis ,design, setup , configuration and troubleshooting to the SharePoint applications.
? 1-3 years of experience in field or related work area;

Ideal
? Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification or greater
? Previous experience with larger datacenter and server environments
