Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Director;
-Responsible for the provision of tenant / landlord services and retail consulting services, including transaction management and project marketing and leasing;
- Responsible for the retail team of Chengdu;
- Effective and constructive team management.


Requirements:
- Degree holder or with relevant professional qualifications, RICS/HKIS preferred;
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience, China related working experience is a big advantage;
-Considerable retail consultancy experience gained with a service provider, occupier or owner;
- Experienced in retail consulting, leasing as well as operation of shopping mall;
- Proactive ,energetic, positive attitude;
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills;
- Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges.
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
