Responsibilities:
-Reporting to Associate Director;
- Lead and manage teams on a project basis and assist the Department Director in the day-to-day management of the department;
-Assist the Department Director to implement the Department's annual business plan, and to ensure that the profitability of the department meets or exceeds Budget projections.
- Service existing clients, nurture client relationships and cultivate repeat business and referrals;
-Achieve personal professional revenue target via consulting and referrals.
- Carry out any other assignments as directed by the Department Director, Chengdu or management.


Requirements:
- Degree holder or with relevant professional qualifications, RICS/HKIS preferred;
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, China related working experience is a big advantage;
- Experienced in retail consulting, leasing as well as operation of shopping mall;
- Proactive ,energetic, positive attitude;
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills;
- Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges.
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
