协调物流GAP Coordinate GAP in Physical Flow

确保工人按照公司要求工作Ensure direct labors to comply with all rules in our company.
协助主管达成质量目标，监管物流过程，向主管汇报小组状况Assist supervisor to finish quality targets and to monitor process, report the situation of the team to the Supervisor
对物料的接收、供线和发货状况负责Monitoring the materials on the lines and responsible in deliver.
保证小组的5S和团队成员5S习惯 Ensure 5S work and create good environment to build 5S behaviors.
负责维护仓库设施，如叉车，货架和容器Maintain warehouse facilities, such as folk lifts, racks and containers.
领导内部存货的审核Lead internal inventory audits.
如遇问题，马上通知上级主管，带领组员执行QRCI及其他的改正行动Call the supervisor immediately in case of a problem. Lead GAP members to implement corrective action like QRCI


人员管理People Management

以严谨和守纪为表率Leading by example in terms of rigor and discipline:


确保每班的日常动作Assure daily shift operation.
长期在车间工作：每天与仓库工人沟通，保证仓储，供料和发货符合规定要求Permanent presence on the Shopfloor: daily contact with warehouse labors, ensure the warehousing, line feeding and delivery applied to rules
安排工人的工作岗位Schedule work arrangement for operators, include overtime and workstation.
找到工人的问题并帮助其解决问题Find the operators’ problems, and help to fix problems
协助主管评估工人的绩效，为其发展或惩罚提出建议Assist supervisor to assess performance of the operators and suggest promoting or punishing.
保证纪律严明（5S，由于缺料的停线，工时等）
Ensure discipline and rigor (5S, line stop due to material shortage, working hours…)
保证遵守安全法规，法则和程序Ensure the respect of safety instructions, policies and procedures
主导GAP持续改进Lead continuous improvement of GAP .
发展团队Development of the team
保证新员工对公司的正确态度Ensure proper induction of new operators on the line
帮助和协助主管完成对下属的多岗位的要求Help and assist physical flow supervisor to complete the validation of polyvalence.
保证信息在团队内的有效传递：5分钟会，常规的信息会议，紧急问题和重要公告的及时传达Ensure proper flow of information to and from the team: rapid cascade of critical information and of messages from management
健康、安全和环境，工作条件Health, Safety and Environment and working conditions
确保健康、安全和环境的法规和条例的执行
Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
一旦出现安全风险，负责马上向主管汇报
Responsible for immediate notice to direct line manager in case of safety risks
与HSE核心队伍配合，推动HSE的执行和跟进
Cooperate with HSE core teams and drive implementation to follow

保证与主管，生产线组长和内部客户的完全和及时地沟通

主持小组5分钟会，汇报现场绩效，成绩和问题以及正在跟进的行动Participate to group Top 5 and report physical flow performance, successes and issues as well as action initiated.
