Rolo Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to capture, review, amend or redesign, and publish the business processes for the stated domain area. Expected outcomes from this activity are process maps which include operating risk and compliance controls, and preserved customer experience, and work instructions, work aids, screen instructions. This role will also be required to maintain the knowledge management system and support Excel/Access based smart tool development, ensuring it is workable and user friendly and play an important role of identification of process imporvement.

Accountabilities

Financial:
Completion of Statements of Work (SOWs) for the particular projects

Customer:
Process value delivery where:
a) Processes can be executed with minimal breaks.
b) Customer experience is maintained at a process level
c) Operating risk controls are maintained at a process level
d) Knowledge management system is updated and user friendly.

Process:
Complete data capture, work instructions, process maps, process-based operating risks & controls tables, customer experience summaries, work aids as per assigned scope.
Manage the Knowledge Management System (eHelp) which includes co-ordination from various stakeholders and ensuring document is updated.
Documents should also be accurately linked to related documents and repository is kept organized.
Achieving required quality & standard in process documentation & with alignment to BPM standards & methodology
Process improvement opportunities identification and delivery in projects where applicable
Support Business Excellence Managers to perform data analysis of performance data from various business operations and provide inferences.
Create templates & reports to enable the Performance reporting
Process Analysis for identifying area's of improvement
Evaluate & deploy operational demand on process automation
Support Business Excellence Manager to develop Excel/Access based smart tool development & be part of Lean six sigma projects
Maintain & update BE sharepoint, BE website & other related BE technological contacts
Design workflow and develop procedures/work instructions for new function/business.

People:
Participate as an active team member of the team supporting onshore and offshore projects
Own development of BPM skills and capabilities
Promotes and participates in driving ANZ's cultural transformation programs
Risk / Compliance / Behavior
Alignment and adherence with ANZ Group operations risk policies, processes and standards and compliance to external regulatory requirements.



Skill, Knowledge & Experience
Excellent oral and written communication skilss
Exposure to writing technical / process documentation
Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel VBA/Macro, MS Access)
Experience with Core Banking Systems
Experience / Domain knowledge of banking process
Familiarity with web-based Knowledge Management System or Performance Support System will be an added advantage
