职位描述

Role Purpose:
Working in facility limit control for ANZ China (loan and trade), Loan document verification and drawdown and rollover, the role is based in Chengdu hub and responsible for providing support to internal stakeholders and clients with timely and accurate maintenance of facility transactions and high quality regulatory reports .


The position contributes to the team by being a subject matter expertise to provide training, coaching and guidance in developing a professional team environment ensuring high customer service standards are maintained, minimizing process errors by fully complying with sanction policies and operation procedures, and in return, contributes to business profitability.


Financial:
- Ensure operational loss is minimized
- Saving from process and productivity improvement


Customer:
Ensure transactions are executed within agreed timeframe and quality; all SLA are met
Provide guidance & advice to team members and stakeholders on "subject matter expertise" knowledge on AML / Sanctions compliance.
Ensure all relevant stakeholders (like branch operations, frontline and clients) engagement activities are aligned to the Group Compliance and AML / Sanctions Officer's service proposition'.
Work with the relevant business units and functions to increase knowledge and understanding of their environment, products, structure and compliance issues/needs.
Work proactively with branches to understand their environments from end to end perspective and assist in identification of service improvement opportunities and impacts of new and changing internal and external compliance obligations.

Process:
Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) working on process improvement initiatives and providing inputs in regional and hub initiatives
Responsible for procedure update and provide training re the updated procedure
Authorize transactions exceeding checker limit; backup lending manager
Quality of Output
Process of bank facility and deal as instructed within the Loan Operation environment, including:
1) Customer service: customer contact regarding various corporate transactions, advice generation and mailing.
2) Perform the facility management and control function for loan, trade and other products.
3) Loan processing: document checking, deal pre-processing, deal booking and etc.
4) Local/group regulatory reporting
5) Other tasks/activities


People:
Coach and train new staff and conduct refreshment training on existing staff
Deputize line manager where assigned.
Develop good working relationships with all stakeholders
Be a team player, proactively participate in meetings and take active part in team activities


Risk, Compliance & Behaviours
Maintenance and updating of bank records e.g. security details, 119 authorisation, etc.
Control facility documentations to ensure they are current, secure and complete
Control of customer credit limit and exposure
Implementation of Anti-Money Laundering requirements / guideline including:
Comply with the existing policies and procedures for BAU processes and operations
Identification of issues or exception and escalate to the team manager or the subject matter experts
Actively attend training on AML and sanction control
Ensure that regulatory compliance is integrated into the day-to-day operational processes and procedures of the ANZ through contribution to the continuous improvement of AML / Sanctions controls at ANZ.
Conduct Key Control self assessment according to the laid down fram work


Skill, Knowledge & Experience
5 years banking operation experience in lending, credit operation area;
Exposure/experience in banking compliance a must
Complete understanding of local regulatory systems including loan card, MBT and etc
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word/ Excel/Access
Strong lending product, process and system understanding in order to identify the related risk aspects in a facility transaction
Ability to follow up on special and complex deals; communicate effectively with internal and external parties
Strong decision making and problem solving in providing proper solution or escalation
Sound coordination skill with internal stakeholders?
Proficiency in Mandarin and English?
