职位描述：
1. To define various levels of curative and update preventive mainte***ce procedure TPM principle
根据TPM的原则定义各个级别的应急和预防维修流程
2. To organize preventive mainte***ce plan and PM performance appraisal regularly .
规划预防维修计划以及定期评估效果
3. To Lead OEE/NEE improvement project or support other functions' projects related to equipment and Jig improvement
主导OEE/NEE提高的项目或者对其他部门项目中的设备和夹具提供支持
4. To provide technical support and ensure equipment suppliers confirmed Schneider equipment specification
为设备供应商提供技术支持并保证他们符合施耐德的设备技术要求
5. To organize the filing and storage of the equipment documentation (users manual, software, …).
组织设备技术文档的管理和存储 （例如使用手册和应用程序）
6. To settle the spare parts list according to assembly lines needs and critical equipments, following the consumption regularly
根据产线需求和设备的重要性设立备件清单，定期评估备件的消耗
7. To assure and update the fix asset numbering and records (with fi***cial team) and labeling fixed assets
与财务一起确认和更新固定资产号与记录，并且张贴资产标牌
8. To coach and develop engineers mainte***ce key competency (Thermal/Magnet, TIG/MIG, robot, automation)
培养和发展工程师的核心维修专业技能 （热/磁，TIG/MIG，机器人，自动化设备）

Job requirement:
必须的/compulsory ： 7 years in Mainte***ce experience
理想的/Ideal ： 10 Years in Manufacturing with 1~2 years in a Managerial position

年龄/Age ：32~40 years old is preferred
语言/language ：Oral and written English 英语听说读写
电脑技能/computer ：Familiar with office software熟练操作办公软件
其它/other requirements ：Initiative / Confidentiality / Dynamic, able to work under pressure积极主动/自信/活力，能在压力下工作
