职位描述
Location: 龙泉驿经济开发区
Job Description:
1) Directs preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.
2) Generate and report an accurate twelve-month rolling financial forecast.
3) Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.
4) Establishes or recommends to management strategies, objectives and policies for company.
5) Prepare detailed financial analysis and projections at the project and site level.
6) Directs preparation of studies, reports and analyses in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, statistical reports, cash flow projections and business forecasts.
7) Generate of Inter-company vouchers (ICV) between Flex Divisions.
8) Ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance in accordance with Flex standard policy and procedure for financial reporting
9) Supports the audit of company accounts.
10) Interprets and applies financial policies, governmental legislation, accounting theory or customer financial regulations.
11) Provides senior leadership team with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.
12) Advises management on desirable operational adjustments, identifying trends and recommends improvements accordingly. Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities, risks and profitability improvement strategies.
13) Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize and prepare recommendations regarding acquisition activity and new business planning.
14) Conducts special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control or action.
15) Researches and prepares economic reports on subjects such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.
16) Prepare presentations including quarterly business reviews, annual budgets and long term strategic planning initiatives
17) Establish operational objectives and assignments
18) Provide feedback and coaching to finance team
19) Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce
Job Requirements:
1) Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience and training. Masters Business Administration is preferred.
2) Manufacturing/cost accounting is required.
3) Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience, including management.
4) Able to use ERP/Accounting software(Preferably for SAP & Baan)
5) Fluent English in Speaking.
6) Meticulous, Analytical and good supervisory skills
