职位描述：
Job description
1.Import and export custom clearance and custom duty apply
1) Customs clearance documents preparing (for both import and export);
2) Talk with customs brokers for customs clearance issues and solve;
3) Import duties and taxes payments apply;
4) Coordinate with shipping company for cargo delivery.
5) Shorten the custom clearance time for repair products and CCD,so as to shorten the maintenance cycle of service orders
6) Cost-saving and efficient thinking of company shipping
7) Inventory management and records
2. US order support(shipment, customs clearance etc）
1) Accurately process the purchasing for US and payment apply
2) Communicate and handle the special spare parts custom clearance for US and arrange the shippment to destination
3) As a contact window with US, customer and customs broker for US orders shipment to customers in/out free trade zones.
4) Prepare the related customs clearance documents and delivery evidence collect & submit
5) Demo/rent/borrow facility (camera exclude) management
3. Build up customer's data, add customer's information.
1) Perfect customer's information accroding customer's instructions
2) Submit documents per customer requirement;
3) Customer set up documents management.

Requirements
1. 2 years of sales assistant and customs clearance working experience or above.
2. Good command of both oral and written English.
4. Ability of Analysis and problem solving.
5. Have a high sense of responsibility, can work diligently under high pressure, willing to work overtime during peak season.
6. Proficiency in office softwares (word, excel, power point, outlook etc). Good at excel sheet Pivot tables, Olookup, Sumif accounting formulas etc will be a plus;
7. Preferable ERP, GP or SAP systems data entry experience.

负责公司进出口报关业务流程，能够积极应对并处理一些特殊报关事项；
成本控制以及协调发货安排；
同时美国订单方面的支持工作，包括订单处理，协调发货进不同的目的地客户，涉及到一些不同的报关模式；
