Job Duties:
1. Responsible for the Business Unit Suppliers Quality Performance in terms of Quality PPM, and OTD (on time delivery), non-conformance management.
2. Responsible for supplier assessment, approval, qualification and surveillance.
3. Control non-conformance and customer compliant, to ultimately ensure the product quality meet the requirements.
4. Monitor supplier non-conformance performance, and drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive actions, and process improvements to reduce escaping defects and failure rate.
5. Promote and develop initiatives together with R&D Dept. with the aim to reduce materials costs and improve global efficiency(costs out).
6. Drive continuous improvement of suppliers' quality, cycle and delivery performance.
7. Drive 6-sigma and lean rigor and competency frequent use of tools and methods.
Job Requirements:
1. Five years minimum of experience in similar role in MNC company (perferably Automative) for mechanical parts. Have experience of casting parts is plus.
2. Ability to handle complexity and work under pressure.
3. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Proactiveness.
6. Be good at in Spoken and Written English.
