职位描述：
Major Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Warehouse routine management
Manage warehouse safety, ensure human and stock safety
Establish and improve warehouse management regulations, working instructions and SOP.
Warehouse business goals setting and try to reach the target
Build a good team which can understand and exceed customer’s expectations.
Optimization warehouse layout to maxium use space and logistics equipments.
Budget prepairing and reports making such as stock turnover、i***entory aging analyses、warehouse cost analyses、employees performance analyses and so on.
Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure work efficiently.
Monitor employee implement stocktaking and cycle-counting, ensure stock accuracy.

仓储工作管理
进行仓库安全管理，确保人货安全。
建立健全仓储管理制度和作业方法，制定和改进仓储管理流程。
制定仓储业务规划和目标，努力实现目标。
物流仓储团队建设并努力达到客户需求。
仓库布局最优化，充分利用场地及设备设施。
制作仓库预算与仓库相关分析报表（包括库存周转率、库存库龄分析、仓储成本分析、员工绩效分析等）。
协调公司内各相关部门，确保工作流程顺畅高效。
监督实施循环盘点及定期盘点，确保仓库物料账物相符。

2. Warehouse equipment management
Monitor employee to complete equipment exam, mainte***ce. Implement equipment sampling exam.
Report to facility department when equipment issue happens.

保持仓库设施及设备良好
监督下属员工对设备进行巡检，维护保养。执行设备抽检。
发现设备故障及时向设备管理部报修。

3. EHS / /5S Training
Participate in EHS / 5S training.
Implement trainings for employees.
Participate and implement EHS / 5S improvement projects.

EHS/5S 培训
参与EHS / 5S培训。
落实下属培训。
参与并落实EHS / 5S改进项目的执行。

4. Leading of personnel
Defining tasks in the frame of individual targets. Checking and discussing work results. Ensuring information flow, leading personal feedback and talks.
Organizing and promoting employees. Making suggestion for qualification, promotion and salary adjustment. Making sure, that statutory, tariff and operational rules can be kept.

管理下属员工
定义并确定员工目标范围内的工作任务。检查并讨论工作成效。保证信息流畅通，引导个人谈话。安排并提升员工。提出培训、提升和薪酬调整方面的建议。保证法定、薪酬及操作方面的规定得以执行。

5. Labor disciplines
Managing subordinate supervisors and workers, responsible for labor discipline, work evaluation and training management. Consistently implementing reward and punishment system strictly by recording workers performance.

劳动纪律
负责下属主管及工人的劳动纪律，工时考核，培训等管理，记录员工纪律表现，彻底贯彻奖惩制度。

6. Others
Work according to company rules and policy, disciplines and processes. Improve efficiency, avoid mistakes.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

其他
执行公司的相关政策及部门的规章制度，遵守各项作业标准及流程，努力提高效率，避免错误。
完成上级主管安排的其他工作。

Qualification and skills
- Familiar with warehouse and logistics process
- Experience in team leading (more than 5 years)
- Good communication skill
- Familiar with the relevant quality management system
- Familiar with the EHS system and 5S management
- Computer skill (familiar with Office)
- Familiar with SAP, understand process
- Good English skill
