岗位要求：
1、负责公司成本费用审核、核算工作；
2、编制各类财务报表及管理报表，完成财务分析；
3、审核各项报销票据、支付凭证，处理各类帐务；
4、指导、监督项目销售会计核算工作；
5、对接外部及集团税务、工商及财务审计工作。
任职资格：
1、28岁-40岁，专科及以上学历，会计、财务、审计或相关专业；
2、持有会计从业资格证或中级会计师证，三年以上物业及相关行业财务管理工作经验；
3、熟练使用财务软件和办公软件，具备专业的数据分析和财务处理能力；
4、熟悉国家财税法律法规，财务会计准则和财务制度；
5、具备较好的沟通能力、团队协作意识，原则性强、执行力强、严谨细致。
