职位描述：
Position Title: Manager of FP&A
Department: Finance
Location: Chengdu
Reports To (Title): Asia Finance Director
Subordinate: 1

JOB PURPOSE:

Lead the financial planning and analysis function and act as the finance business partner with our senior management team
Our ideal candidate is a top performer who has ability to operate with all levels and functions in the company, who has willingness to dive deep in the detail to understand our business while assessing the big pictures.

SCOPE:

1. Build strong relationship with management team to accurately forecast financial and operational performance metrics
2. provide insight into sales forecast/planning/sales KPIs
3. Lead P&L and Balance Sheet forecasting and long range planning processes
4. Develop financial presentations and analytics packages to management team, highlighting trends, forecasts, targets etc. on monthly basis
5. help identify trends and anticipate needs to support business decisions
6. participate in cross functional business projects and analysis
7. participate in the development and implementation of process improvements


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

Education And Experience:

-BS degree in Accounting/Finance
10 years+ working experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. strong analytical skills in business performance and financial metrics are required
2. advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and ERP system are required, JDE experience is a plus
3. proven capability to meet tight deadlines with emphasis on sustained accuracy, keen attention to details
4. excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
5. excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. experience in manufacturing company is a must
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business
