2. Qualification Profile

Education
University (BA Degree)
Have adequate accountant qualification (certificates)

Knowledge / Experience

- Proficient in using English as a working language.
- Min. 3 years fi***cial accounting hands on experience.
- Good skills in accounting and fi***cial bookings management.
- Knowledge in relevant fi***ce and taxation policies and regulations.
- Adequate experience and knowledge in fi***cial planning and analysis.
- Be familiar with ERP system (familiarity with Oracle Netsuite is a plus)

Personality and Character

- Team player, and good communication skills in working with a highly dynamic team en-vironment.
- Able to work with initiatives and in an entrepreneurial e***ironment. Pro-active in pursu-ing results.
- Fast paced, passionate and willing to step outside the comfort zone.
- Open minded and constantly willing to absorb new information and learn new skills and knowledges.
- Self-organized and can work under pressure to meet deadlines.


3. Tasks and Authority
Main job tasks including but not limited to:
- Monthly and regular fi***cial reporting
- Employee Salary costing and booking
- Regular sales analysis, such as revenue analysis by region/by SKU, profitability analysis, sales expense review against budget etc.
- Cost Budgeting and analysis
- Taxation declaration
- Managing relationships with exterior parties including banks, tax authorities, ICB authorities, 3rd party accounting firm and auditor, legal firm etc.
- Employee expense claim review and i***oice check
- Other reporting and analysis works assigned by management

知识/经验

- 熟练使用英文为工作语言.
- 至少3 年的财务会计实操经验。
- 精通会计分录记账及账薄管理。
- 了解相关财务和税务的政策和法规。
- 在财务规划和分析方面有足够的知识和经验。
- 熟悉ERP 系统 (熟悉Oracle Netsuite 系统的优先考虑)

2. 任务和职责

主要的工作任务包括但不限于以下内容：

- 每月一次的及其它定期的财务报告及报表
- 员工工资成本记账
- 定期的销售分析， 例如：按照单品/地区的销售分析， 盈利能力分析， 根据预算做销售费用的回顾及复审
- 成本预算和分析
- 报税
- 与外部单位维系良好的关系， 包括银行， 税务局，ICB 当局， 第三方会计公司、审计公司， 法律公司等。
- 员工费用报销的复核和发票合规性检查。
- 其它管理层安排的汇报和分析工作。
In addition to the listed requirements, this position i***olves occasional outing to tax bureau and bank. The ability to communicate and work in a team, as well as high flexibility, are required.
