JOB DETAILS
1. Manage General Ledger, including Chart of accounts mainte***ce, journals postings and variance analysis.
2. Ensure timely and accurate Month end Closing and Reporting
3. Responsible for the preparation of Bank and Balance Sheet reconciliation and Stat to Gaap reconciliation
4. Responsible for Fixed Asset Reporting.
5. Assist the local Fi***ce Lead in the annual statutory audit process.
6. Analysis and preparation of Quarterly VAT
7. Proactively support Corporate reporting initiatives
8. Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
9. Other ad hoc projects
PERSON DETAILS
1. Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (e.g CPA, ACCA) with minimum of 5 years relevant experience
2. Self-starter, track record in driving process improvement and operational accounting
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
4. Experienced using JD Edwards ERP system will be an added advantage.
5. Ability to work to tight deadlines.
6. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g. Excel and Word.
