职位描述：
Key Responsibility:
As Launch Leader,
1. Be general representative of Vehicle Software & Electronics (VS&E) at manufacturing sites in Luqiao , working with cross-functional team
2. Support Program Managers, Engineers and cross-functional team
3. Lead vehicle build activities, support material inspection, fault tracing etc.
4. Manage and coordinate with the team for program launch activities
5. Review manufacturing site status, submit weekly report

As Problem Analyst / VRT Leader,
Trouble-shoot manufacturing and quality issues, root-cause analysis
Collect data and use quality tools to perform root-cause analysis and trouble-shooting.
Define and scope quality issues, so as to prioritize issues
Reporting quality status by BSAQ system and participate in quality meetings
Implement ICA and PCA
Handling and analyze returned field materials
Create, update and standardize documentation as defined by QTT, G8D, DMAIC etc.
Lead and coach the VRT-team in the daily operation to reach the quality targets
Identify quality issues through structured data collection
Lead / Perform root cause analysis for the identified issues
Drive for Interim Containment Action (ICA) and Permanent Corrective Action (PCA) during all phases of development from job request to implementation
Act on critical concerns
Work through cross-functional network in R&D and with Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Purchasing
Support / work together with project in launch phase, starting with new project
Support and follow up RCP

Key Performance Measurement:
1. Good written and fluent oral Chinese and English
2. Good knowledge in software and electronics
3. Project planning and problem-solving skills. Open mindset, be able to i***estigate issues from different perspectives
4. Good team player to promote efficient communications with cross-functional team, self-motivated and fast learner

Academic Qualifications Required:
Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree from university
Project Management skills
6 Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt (preferred)
Good knowledge of development processes, specific in the area of software & electronics
Good knowledge of automotive products
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong sense of Customer Satisfaction
Ability to act independently and to take the initiative
Structured with high analytical skills
Leadership skills
Holistic view and conceptual thinking
Good communication skills
