主要职责：
1 制冷系统配件及选型；负责对研发样机进行测试，并根据测试结果提出设计优化的方向
2 开展制冷系统零部件的设计选型，如换热器的设计、压缩机的选型等工作，负责制定控制逻辑，保证满足市场需求与系统安全可靠；
3 协调产品开发工作计划、实施，确保产品的试制工作
4 及时处理、协调和解决生产过程中出现的技术问题
5 对现有设备进行分析、改进
6 向销售、售后等其它部门提供售前售后技术支持
职位要求：
1 本科及以上学历，暖通、制冷与空调等相关专业，英语良好
2 八年以上制冷系统及产品设计研发，有北方煤改电家用或者商用空气源热泵开发经验，或者欧洲变频热泵开发经验，或者二者皆有。需要独立完成或者主导过高出水温度空气源热泵的开发，具有丰富的测试验证以及开发经验；
3 熟悉相关行业产品标准、企业质量管理体系、产品开发流程；
4 参与新产品开发计划的确定，积极主动推进新产品开发进度，提升产品的市场表现和公司产品的声誉；
5 能够以严谨、科学的态度推进解决产品控制逻辑与软件设计，编程和测试等过程中遇到的各种问题；
6 内部：能够与团队内部成员，跨团队或部门成员进行良好沟通合作，以确保项目按计划完成；
外部：能够与供应商，终端用户等进行良好沟通，达成目的或解决问题
