Kodak Alaris的软件开发团队关注于扫描和文档管理相关的软件的开发。为全球客户提供满意的解决方案。和美国研发中心一起密切合作，涉及公司十多个项目的开发管理工作。项目大致有如下三大方向：

1. 大型扫描软件以及后台系统集成的开发和维护
-高中端扫描仪在市场上占有率绝对优势，面向全球开发和发布。
-支持市面上几乎所有扫描仪，支持最快200页每分钟的扫描速度
-帮助各行业客户定制集成解决方案，提供开发支持。客户遍及银行、金融、政府等领域。

2. 云端集成和工作流
- 连接各类扫描终端（包括手机）
- 数据中心化和分布式处理
- 工作流开发
- 和美国，德国同事共同参与开发工作
- 涉及服务端和Web开发技术

3. 手机终端APP
- iOS/Android App的开发
- 对接云端服务
- 拍照即扫描，一处扫描，处处可用。
- WIFI扫描


Job Description
Are you willing to work in a fast-pace and intelligent development team? This team provides global software and solution to support a commercial business on Information Management. Kodak Alaris’s IM holds the leading position in the industry and this is a field full of challenges and opportunities.

A software engineer will has the following responsibilities:
- Coding and bug fixing for the software project, usually working on multiple projects would be required.
- Being involved in the analysis, design work for new requirements.
- Collaboration with activities to establish, enhance the software development platform, tools, and processes.
- Providing support for internal clients in responding to technical inquiries
- Exploring new technical items to solve the problems.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above in computer engineering or related
- at least 3 years of work experience, have experience on large scale project development.
- Familiar with C++/C# and .NET Framework, Proved experience on these areas
- Solid understanding of Windows APIs, Skillful usage of Visual C++/C#.NET tool.
- Familiar with Object-Oriented Analysis and Design and well-known Design Patterns;
- Familiar with Data sturcuture and alogrithms.
- Highly motivated, with a strong sense of teamwork. Willing to share and communicate.
- Willing to learn and logically thinking.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)

职位要求：
- 本科以上学历，3年以上工作经验，有大型项目开发经验
- 熟悉C/C++/.NET开发技术，熟悉.NET Framework
- 熟悉面向对象系统分析设计与开发方法，设计模式；熟悉常用数据结构和算法
- 对Windows系统有较深的理解，熟练使用Visual C++/.net至少2年以上
- 熟练的英文读写能力
- 学习能力强，有创造性思维能力
- 善于沟通，具备较强的团队协作意识和能力
