岗位职责：
- 严格遵守公司的投研流程，并按照要求为投研事宜提供行政支持
- 内部会议及外部券商路演安排和材料准备，
- 研究员绩效统计，包括但不限于研究报告数量统计，调研、参会数量统计，模拟组合业绩汇总等；
- 外部券商研究服务信息及研究资料的收集和整理，包括但不限于：券商会议和调研信息收集，券商行业研究数据的收集和整理，券商路演效果统计，券商研究服务评分统计等；
- 协助研究员完成路演材料所需的数据整理、分析和PPT制作；
- 协调研究部与公司其他部门的联系，为研究部提供行政管理工作支持；
- 及时完成部门领导安排的其他任务。
任职要求：
- 金融、财会、经济等专业本科学历，有基金从业资格者优先考虑；
- 1年以上金融行业工作或全职实习经验；
- 对证券和基金行业有一定了解；
- 服务意识强，工作认真负责，善于沟通协调；
- 英文良好；
- 熟练掌握用excel、word，PPT等工具，擅长报表制作。
