岗位职责：
- 完成基金投资风险监控，对各基金实行高标准风险控制；
- 定期对基金进行流动性风险计算、监控、分析；
- 定期完成各基金业绩归因分析报告；
- 完成新产品开发阶段的风险控制设计；
- 协助部门总监完成风险管理部相关制度流程修订、以及其他风险控制工作。
任职要求：
- 硕士学历，具备数学、统计、量化分析专业背景， FRM证书持有者优先考虑；
- 有3年以上大型金融机构（基金/证券/投行/资管/银行等）风险管理经验，熟悉国内证券市场；
- 熟悉市场风险度量模型，对资产管理领域涉及的信用风险、利率风险有良好认知；
- 能灵活运用量化工具以满足风险分析需求；
- 能熟练使用Excel宏、Wind行情资讯系统、Bloomberg等软件；
- 英语熟练，具备良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力。
