职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Development and maintaining of the resources and methods that are needed within the department Process Engineering to reach target fulfilment.
? To ensure that department Process Engineering has the right skills both for the management maintaining and development.
? Together with affected production SI secure that the co-operation between Production and Process Engineering works to be able to reach our common targets/goals.

? In a systematic way drive productivity increasing actions for final assembly shop to achieve set manning targets.

? Project co-ordination for bigger production-technical projects.

? Co-ordinate the implementation of systematically productivity increasing actions in Final Assembly shop.
? Be responsible for the VCMS development, implementation and compliance within departments/areas within the function.
? Manage negotiations with the related production managers and manufacturing engineering for technical questions related to balancing.
Where needed drive for changed or develop new agreements.

? To co-ordinate way of working and activities with corresponding organisation in other VCM plants ( like VCT, VCG, VCCD ) to secure the usage of common productivity / balancing tools.
? Secure responsibility for working environment in accordance to delegation.

? When needed, be able to be responsible for the tasks in the “Role description Process Engineer and Process Technician TCF shop”. 举报 分享
