Responsibilities

- Report to plant manager, take charge of the overall production management.

- Focus on shop floor management, manage and monitor the production procedures and schedules as requiring, enforce the 5S on floor.

- Work with quality function, investigate quality problem and implement corrective action, to ensure good on line quality.

- Continuously optimize the use of labor, material, equipment in production, improve production efficiency and keep low scrape rate.

- Work with technical department to introduce new product production.

- Keep good condition of equipment, tooling gauge etc.

- Manage the team of subordinate people. Including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Control work overtime and labor efficiency strictly

- Ensure company’s environment, health and safety guide line’s are being met..

Qualifications

- College education or above, preferable major textile or related.

- More than 6 years manufacturing experience, with minimum of 4 years at production management level

- Mature, active and positive. Able to overcome difficulties and heavy working pressure

- Effective Communication and good relationship with other colleagues

- Strong Leadership and Multi tasking abilities

- Familiar with PC office software, Good command of both written and spoken english
