3、受理升级工单；
4、与各部门保持良好的业务沟通与协作，培训公司新入职的员工。
任职要求：
1、计算机类相关专业，大专及以上学历；
2、两年以上互联网相关工作经验优先；3、热爱计算机行业，熟悉互联网，对网络技术有强烈的好奇心和求知欲；
