6、具备较强的时间管理能力和工作管理能力；

岗位职责：
1、负责开发收集新盘项目的代理、分销；
2、收集、发布房屋出租、出售信息；
3、制定项目的营销，策划方案
4、带领团队完成个人及团队目标
