1、利用市场部提供的有效资源，主动进行电话邀约；
2、根据公司的咨询流程，负责家长来访后的接待，对学生的情况进行分析、判断，制定相应的辅导方案，促成签单；
3、客户后期的跟踪和维护；
4、完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职条件:
1、学历要求：师范类专业或者心理学以及市场营销类专业毕业者优先；
2、有较强的沟通及商务谈判能力
