Job Summary:
工作概述：
Maximizes Key Account Sales effectiveness by determining and solving training needs.
甄别和满足培训需求以充分发挥大客户销售工作成效。

Main Responsibilities:
主要职责：
Assist key account sales team analyzing and identifying training and development needs aligned with business goals and strategies;
根据业务目标和策略，协助大客户销售团队分析和明确培训和发展需求；
Design and develop training courses and materials in accord with training needs regarding selling skills, product knowledge and customer service;
按照销售技巧、产品知识和客户服务等培训需求，设计和开发培训课程、材料；
Conduct training program by approaches of classroom training, field coaching, workshop and events;
使用教室培训、现场辅导、工作坊和活动等手段进行培训；
Evaluate and improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, reports of training results and feedback for purposes of training evaluation is required;
开发新的培训手段和技术以评估和提升培训效果，需要提交培训结果报告和反馈以进行培训评估；
Conduct follow up training consultation to ensure the effective transfer of learning to behavior;
进行培训跟踪咨询以确保学习转化成行为；
Conduct on-going assessment of key account sales consultant’s KSA and training needs, lead by example via training, work with key account sales managers to provide continuously training;
对大客户销售顾问进行持续的KSA和培训需求，以身作则通过培训和大客户销售经理合作以提供持续培训；
Other Office administration task, e.g. training supplies maintenance; Establish and update training record for each individual trainee etc.
其他办公室行政工作，包括培训物料维护、建立和更新每个参训员工培训记录。

Requirements:
任职要求：
Bachelor degree
本科学历
More than 5 years solid working experience in sales training function, key account sales field would be preferred
5年以上坚实的销售培训部门工作经验，大客户销售领域优先考虑；
Training course and materials design and development capability
能够设计和开发课程和材料；
Training facilitation skill is required
需要有培训引导技能；
Strong communication and administration skills
出色的沟通和行政技能；
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
出色的PPT、excel和word技能；
Proficient in English and Chinese translation
