职位：工业系统部门东部区域销售经理（上海）
工作职责：
-负责工业部门的东部地区的销售指标和利润指标（粉末）
-总体支持公司目标的达成，领导并打造一支高效团队
-对销售员的销售额及利润指标负责，同时对客户回款情况负责
-维持并发展现有及新的客户关系
-参与产业贸易会议活动
-构建强有力的市场网络
-执行培养有效地商业关系
-与项目团队合作，跟进相关项目

4-6年喷涂行业相关工作经验

As we are dedicated to further expand our position as a pioneer, trendsetter and top supplier in the field of high quality technology for surface coating consumer and contractor we are looking for an experienced, hands-on and self-motivated Regional Sales Manager for our Industrial Business in East China (Shanghai).
Title: Regional Sales Manager East China Industrial Solutions Systems (based in Shanghai)
Your role will include:
- Driving sales and profit of our industrial business (powder) in east China
- Supporting overall performance and achievement of our company objectives as well as leading and inspiring a high performance team
- Responsible for achievement of personal sales and profit target as well as the payment behavior of the customer
- Maintain and develop excellent existing and new customer relationships
- Attend trade meetings and industry conventions
- Develop a strong market network
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision
- Cooperate with the project team to follow up related projects
This role requires:
- 4 to 6 years’ experience in our or related industries
- Good English skills preferred
