Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Receive and/or place telephone calls which are non-routine and require deviation from standard procedures and liaise with
sales and technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs.
2.Implement order processing for complex and/or important products as well as regular ones.
3.Coordinate with planning function to fill open POs in time.Track and update open PO and shipment status.
4.Interact with Quality department to address customer quality complaints/issues.
5.Other jobs assigned by the superior.
Qualifications：
1.Business, Management or a related field.
2.Preferably with related working experience.
Skill:
Language: Good command of English & Mandarin both in written and oral
