职位描述：
Key responsibilities：

1. In new project, responsible for the RFQ of joining, lead the standard of joining, technical communication with supplier, joining equipment design review and by-off.
2. In charge of model selecting of joining equipment, setting process solution, setting and manage joining equipment parameter, counter signing, inspecting and debugging.
3. Assist the workshop production director to resolve the problems in manufacturing, increase efficiency and quality, review work regularly, upgrade the team competence, and train the new employees.
4. Assist the production director to increase the equipment operation rate and fulfil the production plan and correctly calculate standard producing cycle time.
5. Sum up the problems occur in workshop ,train the green hands and gradually upgrade ability to resolve problems of the whole team
6. Assist the workshop production director to upgrade efficiency, lower cost, set standard work time and improve product quality
7. Participate in preparing new project , foresight the potential problems during manufacturing and resolve them in time
8. Fulfil other task assigned by superior.
1. 在新项目中负责联接设备及方案的标书的编制，标准的导入及制定，供应商技术交流，设计审核及预验收工作；
2. 联接设备选型、工艺方案的制定，参数的设定与管理，图纸的会签、验收和调试；
3. 协助生产主管及时解决生产过程发生的问题，提高生产效率，提高产品质量，并及时对工 作进行总结，提高团队的整体素质，完成团队新员工的技术培训；
4. 配合生产主管提高设备的运转率和及时完成生产计划，正确测算标准生产工时；
5. 对车间生产过程中产生的问题进行总结汇总，培养新人，不断提高整个团队的解决问题的能力；
6. 协助车间生产主管提高生产效率，降低成本，制定标准工时，提高产品质；
7. 参与新项目的准备，对项目在运作过程中可能产生的问题有一定的遇见能力，并及时解决；
8. 上级主管分配的其它相关工作。
Qualification：
Having more than 5 years' working experience of designing counter signing and debugging of joining equipment
从事轿车联接工艺及设备的设计、会签、调试等工作5年以上工作经验
1. Having the model selecting and construction experience of auto manufacturing plant welding line equipments, can efficiently control project construction plan and resolve problems ,can skillfully compile welding working guidance and participate in the TS16949 certification work.
2. Master the laser welding and CMT, etc. advanced welding technology
3. Master various welding equipment parameter selecting and can resolve technical problem occur in workshop in time
4. Proficient in OFFICE, AUTOCAD, have certain ability in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
1. 有整车厂焊装线设备的选型、建设经验，有效地控制项目建设计划，能够及时处理遇到的 问题；能熟练编制焊装作业指导书，参与TS16949等认证工作；
2. 掌握激光焊和冷丝焊等先进焊接技术；
3. 掌握各种联接设备的参数选择，能及时解决车间生产出现的技术问题；
4. 熟练运用OFFICE，AUTO CAD，具有一定的英语听说读写能力。
