Job Description
Conexant is a fast-paced, high growth company looking for an energetic product marketing manager to drive market expansion of its award-winning, industry-leading audio/voice DSP and mixed-signal solutions into Smart Home/Internet-of-Things (IOT) applications. Conexant’s market-leading far field voice processing solutions enable flawless speech recognition and clear voice communication, even in noisy real-world environments when speaking from a distance. This technology has been adopted and used in production by leading consumer electronics companies worldwide.
This role will be ideal for an individual who seeks responsibility for a full range of marketing activities including analysis of new market opportunities, development of marketing plans for target segments, creation of marketing collateral with a clear value proposition and competitive advantages, presentations and training to sales teams, customers and ecosystem partners and input into product planning and roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
? Provide insight into marketing plans to penetrate target market segments and accounts.
? Successfully execute marketing plan to achieve design and revenue targets.
? Willing to travel up to 25-50% of the time, as needed.
Skills and Attributes
? Self-motivated and independent.
? Ability to engage colleagues, customers and partners with energy and urgency.
? Develop lasting relationships.
? Excellent communications skills in Mandarin and English, written and oral.
? BSEE or MSEE. Having an MBA a plus.
Experience/Education Required
? Customer facing experience and successful account penetration at Chinese Tier 1 consumer electronics companies making Smart Home/IOT products.
? Understanding of audio technology and implementations in embedded processors, mixed signal devices and/or embedded software.
? System level understanding of Smart Home/IOT applications that use voice or audio.
? Previous experience having technical subject matter expertise and conducting training to internal sales teams and ecosystem partners.
? Insight into consumer Smart Home/IOT market trends.
? Previous experience collaborating with ecosystem partners to develop successful penetration plans for consumer applications.
? 5+ years of experience or 3+ years of experience with an MBA.
Experience/Skills Desired
? Previously worked in a role providing voice/audio DSPs, microprocessors and/or wireless technology used in Smart Home/IOT applications. 举报 分享
