College degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electric Engineering
大专以上学历，机电专业或电气专业优先
2.Experience 经验
More than 4 years quality and process control experience in mechanical assembly industry
 4年以上机械装配行业质量检验及过程控制经验
3.Job Skill 职业技能
a.Good English in reading, writing, and speaking
英语良好，能进行口语沟通
b. Familiar with QC 7 techniques and analysis tools
熟知QC七大手法等改善及分析工具
c. Familiar with ISO9001 system
熟悉ISO9001体系
d. Can read mechanical and electrical drawings
能够看懂机械图纸和电路图
4.Personality 性格
Good team work spirit and excellent communication

Job Duties工作职责
1.Responsible for incoming material and outgoing product quality control;
负责来料和整机出货前的质量控制
2. Responsible for quality data collection and statistical analysis of products, and make quality reports;
产品检测数据收集与分析，并完成相关报告
3. Compile and update the assembly quality inspection instruction;
负责编写及更新装配的质量检验指导书
4. Complete SOP of incoming material inspection and test equipment before delivery;
规范进料检验及出货前测试设备的标准流程
5. Supervision of assembly workers to assemble according to the instruction of quality inspection;
监督组装人员是否按照质量检验指导书的要求进行组装
6. Supervision and training subordinate quality inspection personnel;
负责监督和培训下属质检人员
7. Assist the production supervisor to find and solve the quality problems;
与生产主管一起寻找质量问题，并协助解决
8. Analysis and follow up the quality problems of assembly line;
负责装配质量问题分析及跟进
9. Responsible for writing improvement reports about daily abnormal quality and complaints;
负责完成日常质量异常及投诉改善报告
10. Training and auditing supplier to make products according to our quality requirements;
培训并稽核供应商使其按照我公司的质量要求来制作产品
11. Feedback quality problems to the supplier and track the status of improvement until the problems are solved;
向供应商反馈质量问题并跟踪改进情况，直至问题被解决
12. Responsible for ISO9000 system introduction and maintenance;
负责ISO9000体系导入与维护
13. Assist other department to prepare ISO9000 system documents and help on implementation;
负责指导公司其他部门ISO9000体系文件的编写与实施
14. Participate in quality inspection and control during the supplier production process (For outsourcing parts);
针对外加工件，参与到供应商的生产过程，并进行质量检查与控制
15. Statistics quality data in the process of incoming material inspection and feedback it to the relevant departments as the basis of supplier management;
统计来料接收及检验过程中的质量数据，定期反馈相关部门，作为供应商管理依据
16. Set up the inspection standard for incoming material, spot check or full check, and supervise the implementation;
定义来料检验抽检、全检等相关检验标准，并付诸实施
