职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Provide professional E&M engineering advice to senior management in the decision making process throughout the management of a portfolio of property development projects in PRC.
2.Manage and control E&M aspects including site management, construction management and project administration.
3.Perform project review to ensure the objectives of the projects are successfully achieved and to capture any improvement opportunities.
4.The position station in Chengdu headquarters, PRC.

Requirements:
1.Relevant academic and professional qualifications.
2.Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in E&M Practice with E&M consultants or Property Developers.
3.Strong knowledge of project management and relevant statutory requirements.
4.Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
5.Strong E&M site management skill.
6.Fluent in spoken and written Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua required.
7.Hong Kong citizen or OECD originated is preferred. 举报 分享
