职位描述：
Purpose of the position:
The Intern Project Assistant assists the project manager and team leads to deal with the project related logistic supports, contributing to the positive and productive team moral.


Requirements:
- Studying related field such as English, business management.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Patient and scrupulous, ability to multitask.
- Passion for creating and playing games.
- Be able to work at least 32 hours per week.
- Have experience in team coordination such as student community management.
- Able to quickly adapt to changing situations and take new challenges.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.


Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the project manager on a daily basis to ensure accurate, up to date information is provided.
- Translate daily emails, documents and information related to the project.
- Support the project manager with staffing planning and following up.
- Assist in organizing team building activities, relevant purchasing and reimbursement.
- Other logistic assistance tasks assigned by the project manager. 举报 分享
