Position Overview
Quality is one of the most essential competencies of a company, and it is very much cared by every customer in the world!
Solving customer quality problem is the primary expectation of our customers, and you need to leverage resources in TI to fix the problem in any proper manners. Customers' expectation on continuous quality improvement drives TI to challenge and achieve the next level target of quality performance, and you are going to play a critical role in this process!
Responsibilities
Driving alignment of both TI and customer quality requirements for products, processes and services delivered by TI to customers or internal product groups
Managing and coordinating activities of functional groups outside of the quality organization to achieve customer quality requirements.
Serving as customer's advocate
- TI's quality representative in front of customers
- Solve customer problem in any proper manners
- Continuously drive compliance with customer quality and reliability requirements
Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree major in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Good problem driving techniques, and had good stress management skill
Good interpersonal communication
Location: Shenzhen
