Technical support for bid proposal, contract negotiation and technical lobby

Objectives
1. Comply EHS policy
2. Prepare qualified technical proposal
3. Convince client for contract negotiation & technical lobby
4. Communication with ALSTOM units for better
Performance Measurement
1. Hit rate
2. Number of Bid submitted
3. Offer quality
Responsibilities
1. Comply EHS policy, actively participate relevant training
2. Communication with European design units for technical proposals.
3. Take the lead to prepare the qualified tender technical files.
4. Make the traction performance calculation and simulation calculation for new metro projects in bid stage.
5. Participate contract negotiation with clear gap follow-up against proposal submitted and prepare the technical files for communication with design authority.
6. Participate the technical lobby with solution well prepared
7. Guaranty the application of EHS rules.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical or related engineering.
2. Good communication, accountable, self-motivated and a good team spirit,.
3. Good at English.
4. Good at using office software.
5. Experience on inverters or railway traction is a plus.
